that setting a valid wetland line would be so hard. At Delta
Seven we provide this service at three levels (described below) but

flag was actually set in the middle of the driveway. It was
reviewed by an agency inspector and accepted, surveyed, and eventually
after personnel had changed, was considered evidence that a violation
had occurred. Delta Seven resolved the issue expeditiously. Mispaced flag |

Delta Seven will conduct a
preliminary assessment and map of environmental features using moderate
resolution GPS techniques. This low cost product is accurate to
within a few percentage points of a costly survey and is excellent for
pre-purchase and preliminary site planning use.
The next level of service is to set flags and guide a survey team through the process of preparing an exact map of the features. Finally, Delta Seven can prepare documents to submit to state and local agents that will result in a formal approval of a wetland line that can be fully relied upon for subsequent engineering or to enhance the value in a sale. |
