Focques:
After several years of dumping debris in a bayhead swamp, the client
realized he could not sell his property until the error had been
corrected. Delta Seven "turned him in" and then negotiated a permit which fully restored
the system at minimal cost.
|
Cedar
Hills Farm: After years of operating a stable, this
client was informed by the local planning department that his property
wasn't exactly zoned for that kind of use. Delta Seven worked
with the county to resolve the problem using flexible criteria in the
existing code.
|
Petland:
This dispute between the local government and the citizen (client)
resulted in Delta Seven being able to explain to the citizen why the
government really had not caused the situation. The citizen was
able to accept that the water in the low area of the yard actually was
a remnant swamp.
|
Insurance of Florida:
This client converted a single family home to a professional office,
including a parking lot. The county shut him down. Delta
Seven was able to get the red tag
removed, reopen the business, obtain all proper permits and even obtain
a variance to the sign code.
|
What permit?
The client realized after the contractor had finished the job that he
really did need a permit for that nice new dock. Delta Seven
arranged for it while avoiding fines.
|
What lease?
This client learned that the State of Florida actually does own the
land beneath the bay and that a lease is required when a marina is
built. Delta Seven obtained the lease and avoided fines.
