Amanda holds a Bachelor of
Science
Degree in
Marine Biology from Eckerd College with emphasis on tropical and
subtropical fishes.
Amanda has studied fish populations and behaviours in the mangrove forests of Costa Rica and the age stratification of mullet on Florida's west coast. Other work includes the habitat mapping of marine parks, studies of the reefs of Guam, and the fresh water fish of South Florida.
