  • Recognized as a Certified Lake Manager by the North American Lake Management Society.
  • Recognized as a Certified Environmental Professional by the National Association of Environmental Professionals.  (Certification 96030328).
  • Licensed in herbicide application by the State of Florida.
  • Registered Professional Mangrove Trimmer.
  • Certified SCUBA Instructor, National Association of Underwater Instructors.
  • Exceptionally qualified and experienced in Public Administration and Management, Environmental Planning and Management, and Ecosystems Management and Research.

  • Pinellas County Environmental Resources Management Division Administrator.
