When the Yardarm Condominium started construction on the last phase of the buildings, it was time to increase the size of the marina too.  Delta Seven applied for an exemption from State Rules by overlaying the canal boundary on the 1970 aerial.  The canal had been cut into the pasture (left).


Not long afterwards, there was a slip for every waterfront unit.
