Project Summary:

BellaSol Condominiums, new luxury condominium villas located in Apollo Beach, with direct access to both Tampa Bay and the Gulf of Mexico.

Project Description:

The project consisted of the development of a 42 slip docking facility to support the upland residential development of  81 luxurious villas. The work included the permitting of 42 new wet slips, observation pier, seawall repair, and the placement of 730 linear feet of rip rap along the repaired seawall.
